LELI is conveniently located in the centre of Dili just behind the mosque on a quiet road in Kampung Alor. It is very close to the Australian, New Zealand and U.S. Embassies, and several Timorese ministerial buildings including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Defence.
